Profit and owners second. They treat the pet not the condition, looking at the whole picture. I wish my GP, operated this way. I have total trust in Tim and his team's judgement/treatment. I would never go anywhere else. The healthy pet club is a perfect option to endure those regular health checks and flea, tick and worming treatments, included each year. You also get a % 0ff any other treatments, visits.. This also helps if you ever have to make an insurance claim, as they can see you have been on top of regular care for your pet. The practice has recently upgraded for more diagnostic equipment on site too. They are linked in to vetinary networks, including the pet hospital, near cramlington, if that is ever needed. A true top quality community vetinary practice.
