Medication requests

Please allow 48 hours for all medication requests and please adjust that time frame during bank holidays and weekends. As the coming May bank holidays are all on a Monday, all medication requested on Thursday / Friday will be available to collect from Tuesday.

Emergency out of hours

If you have an emergency with your pet please call 01434 607677 immediately.

We hope you don’t need to see our Veterinary Surgeons out of hours, but in the event that you need us, we are here 24/7, 365 days a year! You will see our own Veterinary Surgeons, who have access to all of your pet’s clinical records. Our vets work on a rota to cover out of hours calls so you will always see a familiar face! – If you think you need an emergency consultation please call your local surgery and you will be able to speak to our out of hours vet. Please be aware that emergency out of hours care is more expensive than during surgery opening hours. You can find more information here.
