Why did you want to become an RVN?
I grew up with various pets from a young age and have always enjoyed caring and looking after animals.

If someone said to you that they wanted to be an RVN, what advice would you give?
Being an RVN is a very rewarding job. No two days are the same and I enjoy looking after our patients young and old. There are so many different aspects of the job, being a carer and comforter, running lab samples, radiography, anaesthesia, nutrition and assisting in theatre. Those a just a few examples of what we do on a daily basis.

What is the best thing about being an RVN?
We are able to make a difference and help a beloved family pet, they really are part of a family.
