Orchard House Veterinary Centres is an award-winning, independent companion animal practice with three branches in and around the Tyne Valley.

We are looking for a friendly, professional and organised receptionist/ administrator to join our team.

The job:

• Part time – 19 hours per week across 2 days with additional holiday cover
• Holiday: 4 weeks plus bank holidays and an additional day per year up to 5 years’ service.
• Salary DOE £10.50 – £12.50

We are looking for:

A genuine passion for people & animal welfare with a kind and friendly nature.

Excellent customer service skills with an ability to deal with patients in a polite, professional and caring manner.

Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritise effectively whilst staying calm under pressure.

Excellent telephone & IT skills.

Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
