Medication over the festive period

Please check the table below for ordering times over the Christmas period

Please note that medication can take longer than 24 hours to arrive. We highly recommend giving us a call BEFORE making your journey down to the practice to collect.
Stocksfield and Bellingham clients can call the surgery as normal during Hexham clinics (27th, 28th December and 3rd January) to place an order. However, the collection dates will not alter unless you opt to collect your medication from Hexham.
Same day medication is at the discretion of the veterinary surgeon or may be accepted under special circumstances. Much like the NHS, the ability to produce same day medication is dependent upon emergencies, surgeries and staffing levels.
Out of hours emergency care is reserved for emergencies only. If your pet requires medication where it is not recommended to miss a dose, please call the surgery to speak to one of our vets. An out of hours charge may apply which is why we recommend all clients order ahead of the festive period.
