Dick Thompson, MRCVS

Veterinary Surgeon

I am Northumbrian through and through - at least the 7th generation of 'farming folk' from the Cambo area. After a 10 yr excursion to Liverpool University and then an early working life in Mid Wales and Debyshire I returned to my roots in 1988 and have been in either Alnwick, Rothbury, Morpeth or the urban SE of the County since then - leaving the best to last with his current spell in the Tyne valley, covering Shona's maternity leave, mostly at Stocksfield. I lives with my wife Linda, 'several' labradors, one beagle (no one should be without a Beagle), a cat and some 'retired' sheep.
